Caernarfon Town's European debut referee Ryan Lee has been named to officiate their match against Levadia Talinn in the Conference League qualifiers. Lee has already refereed 16 Scottish Premiership matches, making his debut in a 3-0 win for Hearts against Motherwell last May. His only previous Premiership match involving Celtic was the Hoops' 4-0 win over Falkirk last October, Martin O'Neill's first match in interim charge. He thus averages 2.75 bookings a game in the Scottish Premiership. He also officiated Celtic's 2-1 extra-time win over Dundee in the Scottish Cup earlier this year, in which O'Neill's side came within seconds of elimination. In his 16 Scottish Premiership matches officiated, he has given five penalties, three red cards and 44 bookings. Last December, he was nominated to the International List of FIFA Referees, making him the first male official from the Edinburgh District Referees Association to get the accolade in 20 years. This resulted in him officiating Levadia Talinn's 5-0 win over Caernarfon Town in the Conference League qualifiers. Caernarfon Town currently sits 9th in the league, with 3 points from 2 games, and a goal difference of 0. They are 3 points behind leaders Cardiff MET. Their next fixture is against Airbus UK on October 30th.
